I saw the changing of the guard at the Namdaemun Gate on my way to the market. I really like the photo of the guards with the cars in the background. The market was your typical Korean market. There were western goods mixed in with the vegetables, seafood, and dried goods of all varieties. I did pass by a couple of Christmas shops. It was nice to hear the Christmas carols. It almost felt like being back in the States for awhile. The crowds were out in full force today. It was hard to move around. Just one more reason why I like living in Yeongtong as opposed to Seoul.
