Apparently this is a convicted murderer and sexual molester. He molested and killed a 10 year old girl named Katie. Well, somehow a relative of Katie's was doing time in the same jail and got a hold to him with a homemade tattoo machine.
What comes around goes around. Somehow I don't think this guys troubles are over now. Now everytime he looks in the mirror he has to remember what he did!!!
