Well, after reading
Kevin's page I decided that I would make my goal public. I don't think that I want any public humiliation though. I think the lowest I was at was 87kg. I am now 94kg. My goal is to be back down to 89kg. I really think that over the two months at home I lost all my
muscle and put on a bunch of fat. So, I have already been to the gym once this week at 6:30am wow that sucked. I will go tomorrow and Saturday! I have pretty much changed how I am eating. I am down to an almost 100% health diet cutting out all sweets and fried food. We will see the progress over the next few weeks.
