Cookies and Pain

Sorry for the lack of posts....No excuses really. I have taken on Saturday classes so that has taken a bit of my time. It is only for 3 hours, but they include essays so that means grading them as well.

I have had a pretty normal week except that I am getting ready to get my implants (teeth not breast). I haven't decided when I am going to start the full procedure, but I did have to have a tooth pulled. I switched dentist due to the fact that the last one learned a lot of new "English Words" when he pulled a tooth. I don't think that I have every spoken so harshly to anyone in my life, but alas he was apologetic, but I decided to switch dentists. My new dentist's English is pretty good although he brought Jenny in to do some translating. Actually, he brought her in to make sure that I knew it was going to hurt(hmmm had he been warned about the waygook from Mississippi) Anyways, he was awesome. I didn't know that he was even finished. He stitched me up and I was on my way! I have to return next week to have the stitches removed and make a plan for the implants.


Oh yeah, I was going to write a sonnet or a haiku about my care package that I received from home. I purchased a case of Girl Scout Cookies. Yes 12 golden boxes of JOY. Jenny has apparently been enjoying them as well. I try not to think about the cost of the cookies, but 55$ to have the shipped over is pretty steep and thats not including the actually price of the cookies 36$ so $91 for 12 boxes of cookies. Maybe, they are not that good. Possible it is mind over matter. ........................nah...they are that good.
