The swastika is actually used here for fortune tellers and maybe some kind of Buddhist symbol as well.
Kevin could probably tell you more! The second photo in Korean says "Come On Baby." The third photo I have no idea and the Fourth is just some random house on the way to the black market!

It's a Buddhist symbol. The outer lines go in the other direction on a swastika.
Anonymous has it right. The swastika is a common Buddhist symbol in East Asia, and can be found associated with other old religions in India. It has a long history in other cultures as well, long before Hitler got hold of it and turned it into something hateful. As Anonymous noted, the Buddhist swastika rotates in a different direction from the Nazi one.
Regarding the third photo (the "I have no idea" pic), the large text says "sa-jin hwak-dae," which means "photo enlargement," and the text tucked in the corner says "gyeol-hon," or "wedding(s)."
What photo enlargement has to do with Jesus' torso floating over a calm sea, I have no idea. Maybe Jesus is the one enlarging the photos. The greatest miracle would be to do it for free, right?
So essentially, this is a sign on a photo service center that says "we enlarge photos" and "we do weddings." Jesus is probably there to indicate that the owners are Christian. That's my guess.
