Dongtan

I have been living in Dongtan for over a month now and this city is really growing. I have seen new businesses and restaurants pouring into the area. They are currently constructing a ton of new apartments and everywhere you look there are real estate offices. There is a great park "Central Park" near my house. They are still working on it, but it appears to have tennis courts, basketball courts, and a pitch and put par 3 course. I am very interesting to see what it looks like this summer with all the water features. There are a couple of places that look like they have built canals( stone ditches) through the sitting area of the park. There are also a couple places where they have man-made waterfalls. It will be interesting to see how these turn out. I really like this are, but it is a little farther away from most of the places where I normally hang out. The bus system here is the same as everywhere in Korea and you can get anywhere very efficiently.

The pictures were taken near my apartment and actually don't show where I work. I will try and upload some photos of the business areas of Dongtan in the next week or so.
