If you have never played go/stop, you don't know what you are missing. I have seen numerous people playing this in Korea and was always facinated by the game, but never really understood all the rules. Jaeyoun taught me to play and even then getting the hang of the game was a little difficult.
The game is played with Hwatu (화투) cards and you can find a great post at Galbijim covering this game.
Jaeyoun would sometimes play online and I would just sit back and watch her play for a bit. You have to have a Korean ID number to play on any of the Korean sites. I was stuck just playing on her account when she wasn't playing. I found IJJI.com early last year and have been playing there since. It is a great online resource for other games and especially "GOSTOP"
There is an option to add it as an application on facebook, but you should be warned that once you reach $3,000, you will be locked out of the system because of a bug in the application. It is easier to go to ijji and open an account and don't worry it is free!
The first picture is my account that is stuck, because of the bug in facebook. The other two shots are me recently playing! This game is highly addictive and is based on luck and skill. I have wasted so much time on this site! Be careful and look for me. I usually run away once I steal a lot of money. HA
